1921 Braddock Summoning 1982 is an installation created to honor the life, death and legacy of my grandmother, Ruby Virginia Davis Frazier, a life-long resident of Braddock, PA (b. 1925) who died in Braddock University Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in 2009.
